The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the implementation of the company’s policy and strategy laid down by the Board of Directors. Consequently, he is given the most extensive powers regarding the day-to-day management. In order to enable the Board of Directors to exercise its control, the CEO regularly reports about his activities and about the development of the subsidiaries and associated companies. The CEO is assisted by the CFO, the CHRO and the Presidents of the Business Divisions for the accomplishment of his tasks.

Pascal Juéry
Pascal Juéry (°1965 – French) is a graduate from ESCP Business School. He provides more than 30 years of experience in the chemical and advanced material industries. Pascal Juéry started his career in finance and soon demonstrated his ability to lead various global businesses as well as hold key functional responsibilities. For the past 10 years, he was a member of the Executive Committee of Rhodia and then Solvay, where he took an active part in the group portfolio and business transformation. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Agfa-Gevaert as of February 1, 2020.
Dirk De Man
(°1966 – Belgian) holds a Masters degree in Financial & Commercial Sciences from the Economische Hogeschool Sint Aloysius in Brussels (Belgium) and obtained an MBA degree from the Manchester Business School (UK). In 1993, he joined Procter & Gamble, where he held various financial positions in the business units Fabric & Home Care, Health & Beauty Care and Food & Beverages, as well as in corporate divisions. In that 11 year period, he worked in Germany, the US and Belgium. In 2007, he joined Barco (a Belgian visualization & collaboration technology company) as Chief Financial Officer. In 2011, he became Chief Financial Officer at Aliaxis (a global leader in advanced plastic fluid handling systems). He joined the Agfa-Gevaert Group in February 2018 and became Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee of the Group in May that same year.
Gunther Koch
Gunther Koch (°1971, Belgian) is a commercial engineer who graduated from the Solvay Business School. He began his career at PWC as a financial auditor, then joined Proximus as a project consultant before moving to Sabena in order to work on the transition to Brussels Airlines. For the past 18 years, Gunther has held various HR responsibilities for GlaxoSmithKline where he was senior VP HR for the GSK global vaccines division for the last 10 years. In September 2021, Gunther Koch joined the Agfa-Gevaert Group as Chief Human Resources Officer, Head of Sustainability and member of the Executive Committee.
Nathalie McCaughley
Nathalie McCaughley (°1973 – French-American) graduated with a Bachelor of International Relations, Economics and Politics degree from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in France and an MBA in International Business from Regent’s University in London. Her most recent experiences were with Express Scripts as their President for their Commercial & Labor division and with GE Healthcare, where she – in her 20 years with the company – held a variety of regional general management roles across all continents. On February 1, 2022, Nathalie McCaughley joined the Agfa-Gevaert Group as President of the HealthCare IT division.
Jeroen Spruyt
Jeroen Spruyt (°1985- Belgian) graduated from the University of Antwerp with a degree in Applied Economics and holds an MBA from Vlerick Management School. He began his career as a strategy consultant. As part of the initial management team, Jeroen Spruyt completed the privatization of a state-owned railway company and subsequently was involved in the management buyout of Lineas in 2015. In 2019, Jeroen Spruyt founded TheSignallingCompany, a corporate venture developing onboard safety computers for railway vehicles, and was named President of the Board. TheSignallingCompany was sold to Skoda Transportation in 2023. From 2020 and prior to joining Agfa, Jeroen Spruyt worked in technology-centered industries on AIoT, data engineering, and smart infrastructure; and as operating partner. Jeroen Spruyt joined Agfa Radiology Solutions in September 2022.
Vincent Wille
Vincent Wille (°1976 – Belgian) holds an MBA in General Management from Vlerick Business School and a master degree in Bio-Engineering from Ghent University. He began his professional career at global consulting company Arthur D. Little. In 2009, he joined global chemicals company Tessenderlo Group, where he held various functions, including those of Site Director, Director of the Business Unit Water Treatment and Global Sales and Marketing Director of the Business Unit Gelatins. Six years later, Vincent joined Global Mining and Minerals company Lhoist. At Lhoist, he held management functions in both Belgium and the USA. He became the company’s Global Head of Procurement and Chief Innovation Officer in 2019. On May 1, 2021, Mr. Vincent Wille joined the Agfa-Gevaert Group as President of the Digital Print & Chemicals division.
