Electronics for Imaging, Inc. (“EFI”), a leading industrial inkjet business and portfolio company of Siris, and Agfa-Gevaert (“Agfa”) today announced a definitive agreement to combine Agfa’s Digital Printing Solutions business (“Agfa DPS”) with EFI. An affiliate of Siris will hold a 60% interest and Agfa will hold a 40% interest in the jointly held company, which will bring together the operating capabilities of EFI and Agfa DPS under a governance structure whereby Siris and Agfa will act as equal partners.

UK-based retail marketing and print solutions provider Mauveworx has invested in two new Agfa Jeti Tauro digital presses, including the first Jeti Tauro H3300 XUHS to be installed in the UK. The deal is part of a long-term strategy to increase production capacity, improve sustainability performance and support future business growth.

We have received two 2026 Pinnacle Product Awards from PRINTING United Alliance, recognizing both its Onset Panthera FB3216 and its MAX automation ecosystem for the Jeti Tauro platform. The Onset Panthera FB3216 has been recognized in the RTR/Hybrid/Flatbed New Technology category, while the MAX automation solutions for the Jeti Tauro earned the award in the Non-Output – Automation Equipment category. 

Agfa has been recognised at the EDP Awards 2026 with its Jeti Bronco H3300 HS hybrid printer taking home one of the industry’s most prestigious accolades. The awards, presented during FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 on 20 May, saw judges praising the Bronco’s combination of high-speed productivity and hybrid versatility.
