Visual Promo advances and strengthens print production with Agfa’s Tauro H3300 UHS LED inkjet printer

Revolutionizing their production landscape, Visual Promocional, a prominent Brazilian printing company, embarked on a transformative journey last year with the installation of Agfa’s Tauro H3300 UHS inkjet printer at their São Paulo facility. Now, after a year-long partnership, they’re more than satisfied with the enhanced capabilities and top-notch performance.

Visual Promo is a 100% sustainable Brazilian company, founded in 2006 and headquartered in Arujá (São Paolo regio), with expertise in offering innovative solutions in manufacturing displays and merchandising materials for point of sale. Visual ensures the delivery of creative products with cutting-edge technology such as endcap displays, lining coils, and clip strips, in addition to developing customized and exclusive projects. One of Visual Promo’s concerns is ensuring that its products are sustainable, produced with the least possible impact on the environment.

The unparalleled versatility and productivity of the printing technologies acquired by the company have put Visual at the forefront of the market, prepared to meet any challenge, regardless of the volume of work. “With Agfa’s Tauro, Visual’s production processes have become more agile. We can handle several jobs simultaneously due to our increasingly vertical structure, ready for any challenge. And the ‘beast’ allows us to go further, due to the quality and speed at which it prints,” explains Daniel Braga, CEO of Visual Promo.

A revolution in the industry

The partnership between Agfa and Visual Promo began two years ago when the company acquired the Tauro H3300 UHS LED, changing their production concept. “We took a huge step when we decided to invest in Agfa’s technology, and today we are convinced that it was the right choice because it caused a disruption within the company, elevating us to new levels in the market. With this equipment, we can now serve our clients with greater speed, quality, and excellence in UV digital printing processes, resulting in economy and sustainability benefits for our company,” explains Visual Promo CEO Daniel Braga.

“It has been a very positive experience, beyond all expectations, and now we have an even more automated and efficient operation. We have made a significant leap in terms of production and printing automation,” emphasizes Douglas Braga, CBO of Visual Promo. “With the possibilities of Agfa’s digital printing solutions, we are expanding our product portfolio and directing our company towards a more automated future,” Douglas concludes.

Increased control and performance

Visual Promo also benefitted from the Asanti workflow software, another Agfa product that adds more automation, control, and connectivity to the production process, as well as ensuring color consistency. Automation played a pivotal role in streamlining workflows and eradicating rework while ensuring consistent color standards across their customers’ print products.

“Since the software was implemented, it has been possible to control and check job files in an automated way, during the pre-press process, resulting in total control of the printer park, with dashboards and statistics showing precise production data, as well as an overview of ink and supplies consumption,” explains Daniel Braga.

Partnership and sustainable growth

The environment and the people living around companies are fundamental to the future of the next generations. “Thinking about this, Visual Promo has become even more of a partner of nature. We have taken on the commitment to preserve the environment, and this is just one of the values in the mission of being a sustainable company – either we progress, or we disappear,” emphasizes Daniel Braga, CEO of Visual Promo.

Edil Paes, Inkjet Sales Executive at Agfa Brasil, sees Visual Promo as a reference in innovation and management combined with sustainability, with values in common with Agfa that make the partnership even stronger.

“We believe in Agfa to be our partner for the present moment, aiming for growth for the future. Certainly, the Tauro H3300 is just one of the printers we will have in our company. After all, we have taken the commitment to our clients to be the best at what we do, with transparency and quality in our services,” concludes Douglas Braga, CBO of Visual Promo.

The machine's arrival significantly slashed operating costs, consequently reducing product costs and enhancing our competitiveness.
