This document provides the setup parameters and configuration requirements for the Remote Connection between a MUSICA Workstation at the customer and Agfa’s Secure Remote Support System (SRSS).
It is also used as a site survey form, where customer-specific information is collected and documented during the site survey between Agfa and the customer.
In addition to Remote Connectivity requirements, the document captures details of the hospital’s communication and integration environment, including RIS, PACS, MPPS and other relevant interfaces required for seamless workflow integration.

SB1002 - OLED Repair kit for XF+ Detectors available (multiple systems) - Version 1.0
- It announces the release of an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) repair kit for XF+ detectors.
- In case of a defective OLED display or power button, this can now be repaired in the field.
- It is no longer necessary to replace the complete XF+ detector.
- For quality improvement purposes, Detectors with repaired OLED displays must be correctly booked in ASSM. The reporting to the manufacturer relies on correct ASSM data.

Affected systems: XF+ detectors where the OLED display needs to be replaced.
