Products

Machine finishers/Gums

RC795: ready-to-use machine finisher for offset plates. The product is used when plates need to be stored for no longer than 1 to 2 weeks. Developed as a machine finisher but also manually applicable. Available in 10 l and 20 l.

RC795A: ready-to-use machine finisher. Compared with RC795, this product is more acidic for improved ink acceptance. Used when plates need to be stored for no longer than 1 to 2 weeks. Developed as a machine finisher but also manually applicable. Available in 20 l.

Unifin: low-viscosity finisher for all offset plates. Protects the surface of the printing plate for 1 to 2 weeks. Developed for machine use but also manually applicable. Available in 10 l and 20 l.

ARKANA Gum: as Arkana smart processors use the cascaded gum section for cleaning the plate as well as applying a protective layer, the use of rinse water can be eliminated, A thin layer of gum is put on the plate to prevent plate oxidation, and protects it against handling in the press room. The gum is optimized for optimal protection and only consumes 8 ml/m². Exclusively for Energy Elite Eco plates processed in Arkana. Available in 20 l.

Unifin Plus: low-viscosity finisher for most types of conventional or low-chem thermal printing plates. Available in 10 l.

RC794: machine finisher for newspapers. Low-viscosity gum, compatible with all offset plates. Forms a thin and even film on the plate, allowing quick removal of the gum before printing. Used for storing plates for 1 to 2 weeks. Only for automatic processors. Available in 10 l and 20 l.

ANTURA Gum MAM1: ready-to-use machine finisher for most thermal offset plates. Also manually applicable. Compared to the RC795 gum, it provides extra protection against plate scratching and fingerprinting. Available in 20 l.

Baking gums

RC510: ready-to-use aqueous solution to protect plates during baking. Also used as a storage gum to protect the surface of the printing plate for 1 to 7 days. Available in 10 l and 20 l.

Bakegum B20: ready-to-use solution which protects plates during baking, even in harsher conditions. It can be put on the plate surface in any conventional plate processor. Although developed for machine use, Bakegum B20 can also be used manually. It cannot function as a storage gum. Available in 10 l and 200 l.

Storage gum

Stabigum RC73: manual finisher and storage gum, used on all plates. Excellent desensitizing properties, protecting the plate surface for 1 to 6 months. Only for manual application and not intended for the prepress area. Specifically designed for on-press use on cleaned plates. Available in 10 l.
