Push Solutions boosts large format performance with Tauro H3300

The hybrid Tauro H3300 combines award-winning print quality with extreme productivity, cutting-edge automation, and low ink consumption. With speeds up to 680 m²/h (7,319 f²/h), it prints on a wide variety of rigid and flexible substrates up to 3.3 m wide. Ruggedly built for extreme workloads, the Tauro inkjet engine handles multiple-shift operations and 24/7 printing.

Agfa’s patented UV LED-curable Anuvia inks deliver a wide color gamut and high color vibrancy while offering the lowest ink consumption on the market. The Tauro’s highly-pigmented 7-pl droplets produce stunning images at 635 x 1200 dpi with a fine rendering of shadow, highlight details, and razor-sharp texts in as small as 4-point type. Anuvia inks are GREENGUARD Gold-certified to comply with industry norms pertaining to product safety, chemical emissions, and air quality.

The efficiency of the Tauro H3300’s Master RTR system attracted the Push Production Team. Designed for high-volume print runs, the MRTR can handle single- or dual-roll printing and roll-to-roll or roll-to-sheet printing. Its dockable rolls easily switch between rolls and rigid media. An included camera system ensures accurate double-sided printing.

In addition, the Tauro’s automatic board feeder enhances productivity while reducing idle time. Ideal for shorter runs, the ABF offers smooth changeovers between types and sizes of media. Consisting of manual loading with automatic alignment and transport into the printer, the ABF effectively takes over some operator tasks.
