Agfa HealthCare continues to enhance its position as a leading Enterprise Imaging (EI) vendor in the US and beyond. According to the KLAS Research 2021 Enterprise Imaging Performance Report, the company is one of the vendors that is most ready for future EI adopters.

The report positions Agfa HealthCare among the EI solutions providers scoring best at offering strategic guidance in the form of governance, change management, and long-term vision.

Agfa HealthCare has pioneered Enterprise Imaging in 2014. Since then, the company strengthened its position with 800+ installations of Agfa Enterprise Imaging, and close to 400 installations of XERO® Universal Viewer.

“As we’ve spoken with provider organizations, it’s clear that vendors who deliver strong go-live experiences and develop deep partnerships lead out in long term customer success,” says Monique Rasband, Vice President Imaging Informatics at KLAS Research.

“As the report ranks us as the Enterprise Imaging solutions provider with the most-satisfied recent go-live validations, it confirms the feedback we are getting from our customers. Strategic guidance and long-term vision are crucial for a smooth and successful implementation of Enterprise Imaging. We support our customers in achieving their clinical, operational and business strategies by reducing complexity and improving productivity to ultimately enhance patient and staff satisfaction”, said Luc Thijs, President of Agfa HealthCare.
