At Agfa-Gevaert’s Annual General Meeting, the 2022 financial statements, the allocation of the result, the remuneration report and the discharge of directors and auditor were approved.
During the meeting, Vantage Consulting BV (permanently represented by Mr. Frank Aranzana) and H F Routh Consulting LLC (permanently represented by Ms. Helen Routh) were reappointed as independent directors of the Company for a four-year period. Furthermore, the shareholders approved the reappointment of Klaus Röhrig as non-executive director of the Company for a four-year period.
