At Agfa-Gevaert’s Annual General Meeting today, the 2017 financial statements, the remuneration report, the allocation of the result and the discharge of directors and auditors were approved.
Furthermore, the shareholders approved the appointment of MRP Consulting BVBA, with permanent representative Mr. Mark Pensaert, as independent director of the Company.
