The Agfa-Gevaert Group announces the intention to partner with Atos, a global leader in digital transformation. Under the terms of the intended partnership, a major part of Agfa’s internal Information and Communication Services activities, including the dedicated positions and employees, is to be transferred to Atos. In close cooperation with Agfa, Atos will design and implement first class IT solutions for the company.
