ALTAMIRA presence at DRUPA 2012

Mortsel, Belgium - June 07, 2012.

During the drupa fair in May in Düsseldorf (Germany) the ALTAMIRA range of high-performance inkjet inks & fluids was on display at the booth of Agfa Graphics in hall 8a (booth B64). Various types of printed samples were shown: paper / carton types printed with ALTAMIRA Pack SUV inks, plastic objects printed with ALTAMIRA Design DP inks and last but not least pharma and food primary packaging printed with Low Migration inkjet inks of the ALTAMIRA Pack LM range.

Moreover, ALTAMIRA inks were in use in six printing systems printing live at drupa by partners on their own booth.

Together, this presence attracted many new leads for the use of ALTAMIRA inkjet inks by inkjet printing system OEMs, inkjet system integrators, industries, brand owners, and others.

Therefore, AGFA can look back to a very successful drupa and the ALTAMIRA range of inkjet inks & fluids was demonstrated for single pass printing with industrial piezo printheads for applications in many key areas, especially packaging and decoration.
