DX-D 100
Mobile and flexible direct radiography (DR) system offering excellent images that are immediately available.
Key benefits
- Easy handling of a broad range of general radiography X-ray exams
- Images available immediately after exposure, for on-the-spot image viewing
- Cost-effective, straightforward solution for Direct Digital
- Specially-tuned MUSICA², for gold-standard image processing, and NX Workstation, for smoother workflow
- Patients benefit from shorter waiting times and potentially lower doses with Agfa image processing and dose management functionality
Patients who most need imaging exams may lack the mobility necessary to move to the X-ray room or to position themselves properly for optimum imaging. This is where our mobile DX-D 100 DR system makes the difference. The DX-D 100 can handle a broad range of general radiography X-ray studies, even for less mobile patients. Available with Cesium-based DR panels, the improved DQE delivers improved image quality and potential dose reduction for patients and operators.
The DX-D 100 offers a very short exposure time, so images are available for validation immediately. The combination of greater productivity and image quality translates into lower cost per exam and higher diagnostic efficiency. With excellent handling capabilities, patient waiting times are reduced and diagnostic confidence increased. Overall, the DX-D 100 helps you meet the need to constantly enhance patient comfort and performance in your radiology department.

Higher Image quality combined with speed and portability
With the DX-D 100 you don't have to trade image quality for speed and portability: 139 micron pixels give you the high resolution of a full-size a-Si detector, right at the patient's bedside.
MUSICA²: tuned for the best results
Our "gold standard" MUSICA² image processing software has been specially adapted and tuned to further enhance the excellent DR image quality. Exam-independent, MUSICA² ensures consistent image quality and high-contrast detail.
The intuitive NX workstation: a more efficient workflow
The DX-D 100 has an integrated NX Workstation, for an optimal workflow. When you select a specific type of exam, the appropriate X-ray settings are automatically transferred to the X-ray generator and displayed on the touch-screen console. NX adds the exposure parameters used to the digital image file, and communicates seamlessly with picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), hospital information systems (HIS) and radiology information systems (RIS), eliminating manual data entry and typographical errors.
A quick and easy way to go Direct Digital
With the DX-D 100, you can enjoy all the productivity benefits of Direct Digital, including a lower cost per exam.
