In the long-term plan for the digitalization of this hospital, the radiology department played a very important part. The hospital found it hard to overview all the aspects of this complex project. The long-term financial effect of any investment was hard to calculate as the hospital didn’t have the right tools to justify the costs and benefits. Therefore Viecuri Medical Center decided to hire a business consultant to help them.
