Agfa has designed digital imaging systems that offer superior image processing functions and outstanding image quality for a complete range of applications. The PC-based CR Quality System (QS) integrates patient identification and exam data, on-line processing, preview, image handling editing (Black Border and annotation software) and image acceptance.
Agfa's Computed Radiography uses Musica™ (Multi-Scale Image Contrast Amplification) Image Processing Software to provide high-fidelity images with respect to both pathology and anatomy. Musica-processed images clearly visualize all details, whatever their size or their contrast to give the orthopaedic surgeon easier access to the diagnostic information contained in the image.
