Agfa's security cards are made from polyester complex with coated layers that can each contain a high number of security features. Agfa offers a wide range of custom options, card cores, laminates, and high-level security features, many of which are not commercially available elsewhere. Years of experience and extensive research enable Agfa to produce virtually every existing security feature, along with its own patented features.

Combining features in one card makes Agfa security cards extremely difficult to counterfeit yet easily verifiable on different levels.
