Orgacon™ is also applicable in capacitive and resistive touch screen applications.

As maximum visual light transmittance (VLT) % is the key for this application, and touch screen drivers can still work with surface resistance of 500 Ohm/sq. to 1,500 Ohm/sq, Orgacon™ can fit in.

Besides VLT %, mechanical properties and gloss of hard coat PET film (pencil hardness, haze, etc) are very specific to each touch screens. It has been proved after several experiments that Orgacon™ can withstand severe stylus-pen writing test and contact test.

Agfa is now developing tailor-made Orgacon™ film products, including hardcoat, anti-reflection, and anti-glare layer for this applications. For more details, please ask local staff at Agfa.
