Synaps® Synthetic Paper
Synaps® OM is a synthetic paper based on a high grade polyester substrate. It combines the physical qualities of a polyester film with the 'look and feel' of a luxury paper. It excells in offset printing applications because of its superior printability and extremely fast drying. It is therefor suitable for applications with high demands on material robustness and print characteristics, and/or applications where the distinct nature of Synaps® OM is valued.
Composition: Synaps® OM consists of an opaque polyester film that is coated 2-sided with an ink receptive layer. It is suitable for offset, screen, flexo, and gravure printing. It is also suitable for UV curable inkjet printing.
