Test platforms

Our labs are equipped with several types of test platforms for fine tuning all the interactions involved in the system integration process. We can start from basic drum rigs for first jetting experiments on the substrate with one print head, up to very sophisticated test platforms which allow to study single pass printing or multi pass printing variation effects on the final image quality. For instance, for systems based on curable inkjet inks, we have test platforms which allow to vary in curing parameters, for example the curing source (mercury lamp, UV LED), curing radiation intensity and dose, and jet-to-cure time.
