Advanced jetting lab

In order to create a high performing inkjet printing system one key requirement is that ink and printhead are tuned to each other.

Our advanced jetting lab is very experienced in optimizing the performance of inkjet inks with regard to all jetting characteristics: jetting the required drop volume @ the required drop speed, minimizing/excluding satellite formation, eliminating ink mist. This results in high image quality dictated by amongst others high dot placement accuracy.

Our advanced jetting lab is staffed with specialists in ink - printhead interaction. Waveform optimization is of main importance as it is a decisive element in making inkjet ink and printhead work together, especially in case of very demanding applications.
