The standard forms are tailor-made to medical requirements and designed in such a way that documentation can easily be managed and made available quickly.

The full use of the connected workflow in ORBIS is experienced in the discharge letter writing because it is completely integrated in the ORBIS interface and offers the possibility of easily taking over of existing results, accessing central catalogs and the integrating different specialist groups in one and the same working space. According to a defined distribution logic the discharge letter are printed for the various recipients. Also for discharge letters several templates are available and a highly secured signing off process will save the form as a read-only record.
