ORBIS offers electronic viewing of laboratory results. Laboratory results cannot get lost any longer and each result can immediately be consulted at any given moment in the electronic patient file.

Laboratory results presentation for uninterrupted workflow

Thanks to the presentation of laboratory results in ORBIS, the most recent lab results of patients are available and accessible. Either via the ORBIS Laboratory module or by interfacing with a third party laboratory solution.
New laboratory results are immediately shown in specific lists available on the workstation. There is no need for a phone call to the lab or a query in a system to verify if a result is already available.

There are several viewing options, which allow you to customize the viewing mode to individual needs. A wide range of filter criteria facilitates searching for a specific result. Authorized staff can acknowledge a result as 'read and approved' by signing it electronically, after which the result is consolidated in the patient file. The process eliminates the occurrence of unapproved laboratory results.
