Agfa launches new universal, high speed CP-GU Medical X-ray film

New ortho film provides high image quality in all processing conditions

Agfa has announced the launch of its new film, Agfa CP-GU, a high-speed, universal film, which provides high image quality in all processing conditions, making it ideal for most applications.

Based on the latest emulsion technology, CP-GU film keeps image quality at a consistently high level, even when the film is processed in weaker chemicals or less favorable conditions. In terms of speed, image quality and sensitometric properties, it is ideally configured for markets where lack of consistency of chemicals and conditions can present a challenge.

In addition, Agfa CP-GU film offers control over contrast. By adapting the processing temperature, users can achieve higher or lower gradient, allowing them to tailor make the contrast of their images.
