Plate cleaners - general purpose

  • Normakleen RC910
    Emulsion cleaner and conditioner for positive and negative aluminium plates. Developed for analogue plates but can also be used on certain CtP plates. Removes scum, oxidation and light scratch mark.
    Available in 6x1L and 4x5L

CtP Plate cleaners - general purpose

  • Azurakleen
    Mild emulsion cleaner for Thermofuse CtP plates. Removes ink, desensitises non-image areas and provides protection.
    Available in 6x1L

  • Lithostar Kleen
    Mild emulsion cleaner for :Lithostar CtP plates. Removes ink, desensitises non-image areas and provides protection.
    Available in 6x1L and 200L

  • Polykleen
    Mild emulsion cleaner for Photopolymer plates (N91/N91v) and :Amigo. Removes ink, desensitises non-image areas and provides protection.
    Available in 6x1L

  • Thermokleen
    Mild emulsion cleaner for :Thermostar, :Energy Elite and :Ampio plates. Removes scum, oxidation and light scratch mark.

Heavy duty plate cleaners

  • Fortakleen RC95
    Heavy duty abrasive emulsion cleaner for positive and negative plates. Removes ink, desensitises non-image areas and provides protection. Suited for baked plates.
    Available in 6x1L

  • Fortakleen Ultra
    Strong heavy duty abrasive emulsion cleaner for positive and negative plates. Removes ink, desensitises non-image areas and provides protection. Used when a stronger cleaner than Fortakleen RC95 is needed. Suited for baked plates.

Washout Gums

  • Kleenfin RC96
    Mild washout gum. Dual purpose plate cleaner and storage gum. Removes inks and gums the plate for short term storage (1-7 days).
    Available in 6x1L

  • Kleergum Plus
    Mild washout gum fro analogue and positive thermal CtP plates. Dual purposeplate cleaner and storage gum. Removes inks and gums the plate for short term storage (1-7 days).

Scratch remover

Reviva plate is a liquid scratch remover for non-image areas on all printing plates.

Etcher / Desensitizer

  • PlateEtch Plus
    Acidic desensitising solution. Eliminates problems with desensitisation and oxidation. PlateEtch Plus enhances the water receptivity of metal surfaces.
