At Agfa-Gevaert’s Annual General Meeting today, the 2016 financial statements, the remuneration report, the allocation of the result and the discharge of directors and auditors were approved.
Furthermore, the shareholders approved the reappointment of CRBA Management BVBA, with permanent representative Mr. Christian Reinaudo, as executive director of the Company, and of Mercodi BVBA, with permanent representative Mr. Jo Cornu, as non-executive director of the Company.
