Agfa announces third party manufacturing agreement for graphic film

Agfa-Gevaert (Euronext Brussels: AGFB) today announced that it has entered into a non-exclusive long-term manufacturing agreement according to which Agfa-Gevaert will potentially supply important volumes of graphic film products to another participant in the graphic industry.

After the split of the Agfa-Gevaert Group at the end of 2007 in three independent and listed companies, Agfa Materials will continue the agreement. This new company will gather all of the film manufacturing activities with the niche products of Agfa’s Specialty Products business group and will be positioned as an independent supplier of film and related products and high tech systems for specific markets.
